On mobile, ive been inline for awhile. It just ended and said that the ps5 was "out of stock" . looked at my pc and all the store tabs havenet changed and still say not available. ??

They are only putting up bundles. And if you want a chance always change your stores. They ship to your house but the store location controls the availability.

Also all those retailers released their preorders earlier than they were supposed to...Sony direct is the only retailer i havent heard anything about..Im still waiting for my email from them to preorder.

Lets be honest now. I hate Gamestop just as much if not more than the next person, but they were the only store to even do In-Person Preorders. The online preorders are clearly not very safe due to bots and scalpers so to take that out of the equation by physically going to the store to preorder is a big W. Its just unfortunate that due to conditions that was out of Playstations hands is causing much lower supply than usual and has people panicking and even camping out to be sure to get one.

The home page of gamestop says sold out but pictured there is the Starter Bundle...Im not sure if that means the barbones console is sold out

Gamestop sucks. To be a "gaming store" how the hell do you just have 4-5 systems at each store. Some stores around the country didn't get any at all in the second wave, Completely un acceptable. I will be shopping else where when more systems become available!

F%#% Gamestop. they are more concerned with the comeup of 'bundles' and 'add-ons' to get more money on a sale, only to offer a 1/3 of that when and if you return a game or system; I LITERALLY have seen them short a price on return 30 MINUTES after a sale on a $200 controller for PS4, KNOWING it was just bought from their store the day before NEW, to say 'it was used for a day, we can't give more than $50-$75 for it on a trade in', due to it not having the receipt (my son bought it without permission on our credit card, and threw the receipt out to hide the purchase.) at the time of return.

never was really, showed 1 available and then gave an error for 23minutes as i tried to add it to the cart. then went unavailable

It added to my cart and i immediately went to the bottom and hit checkout. "Your cart is empty" bots most likely got it.
