Love it!

My 3 1/2 year old granddaughter had asked for a hatchimal for Christmas.  Unfortunately, we were unable to get one in time.  So at Christmas, Emma had a note from Santa stating that they are working on laying more eggs and he will personally have his elf helpers deliver one as soon as they can.  We got the notice that they were in stock and ordered it right away.  Emma's eyes were wide and bright when she realized what it was.  We opened it right away and worked on getting it to hatch.  She absolutely loves it and sleeps with it every night. :)

I had no idea what this was. My 6 years asked for it. She saw it on YouTube and had to have it. So we bought it. I have to say that this was an extremely exciting toy. It actually hatches.
The second I removed it from the box it turned on and started pecking and 20 minutes the little hacthamail was almost out of its egg. So cool

I was able to get the 3rd one of 3 needed here at retail on zoolert notifications! The kids were so excited, the adults were gathered around excited and helping the kids hatch them as well! Children are proud little parents still to the hatchimals and love teaching it new things.  Yes so far a week later still holds interest and want more!

Wish that the product name was not written in the box. Very hard to hide things frome kids when the box has the item clearly labeled. Otherwise, waiting for xmas for the big reveal!!!!

Got this for my daughter's birthday! She loved it! The epic moment was when the Hatchimal started hatching!! Kids really enjoy the whole process and that's what make this expensive toy worth buying. The interactive part of this Hatchimal is fun! My child started to care and enjoyed being the guardian of her toy pet.

Recommend but the price is something think about.

A fun toy for kids!

Took hours to hatch, after we got it working. Had 2 for Christmas gifts, 1 worked fine. Other we had to put the keys back in the bottom and turn them to get it to come back on. A couple times. Once they hatched, they worked fine.

Took forever to hatch!

My children each received a hatcnhimal for their birthday and even though they were very excited to get it, it lost it's appeal after about two days.  Total waste of money...also it is extremely loud and annoying.
